  This product is not terrible; I had an old model of the same brand much more powerful; this one is disappointing; the wheel of power will not solve anything; I do not recommend this product. I usually buy the sub-brands but it is no comparison possible! 3 to 4x more expensive it is too, but much more qualitative and sustainable! Corresponds quite what I was expecting, at a price defying any competition while presenting a remarkable quality. On the advice of our dentist, we bought this unit. We are very satisfied. The jet is powerful and we made it fairly quickly. It can be removed without difficulty, the remnants of the food located between the teeth or dental appliances.. Has to use it 2 times per day or more. It seems to us unnecessary to purchase a device multi-purpose. It is true that the cord that connects the jet to the device, is a bit short. A very good device despite that. As noted in other comments, the "polishing" may not be as a real "Polish" at the dentist. The plastic yellow central must have this role, but it is impossible for me to see a difference on this point. Having regard to the location of the plastic there is no hair, the surface of brushing is reduced... hence a star less in my rating.
